Federal overreach is not a malfunction. It is the business model. This is not theory — this is a register. A documented continuity of neutralization programs from Soviet East Germany to contemporary United States, operating under the facade of social normality.
Definition: Zersetzung (German: decomposition, corrosion) — A technique of psychological warfare developed by the Ministry for State Security (Stasi) of Soviet East Germany.
On January 12, 1976, Erich Mielke issued Directive 1/76. This was doctrine. The Operativer Vorgang was the file opened on a target before any crime existed.
"The purpose of Zersetzung was to interrupt or hinder hostile activities, to disorient the target person, to make them insecure. Measures were to be carried out in such a way that their origin could not be determined." — Directive 1/76, Section B
If Zersetzung was the analog prototype, the contemporary United States has built the digital-industrial version. Structure identical: synchronization without visible command.
